ManageMyHealth™ is an online portal available to you right now. All you need to do is ask our team for further information.

The activation process is quick and easy.

‘Manage My Health™’ is available to all our registered patients over 16. This is a secure platform where you can communicate with our team.  

You can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, view lab results as well as your screened measurements such as your weight and BP readings. You can email your doctor, the nurse or reception directly. Please be aware that we will aim to respond within 48 hours (this however does depend on the hours your GP works and may be longer). It is not intended to be used for any urgent matters.

Manage My Health™ is similar to internet banking in that your records are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your information is completely safe and secure.  We rely on you to keep your password a secret and to take all reasonable measures to protect your information. 

To register for Manage My Health™ please discuss it with your GP, Practice Nurse or member of the General Practice team.  You will need to have a personal email address (this is not one that is shared with other members of your family or workplace) and photo ID. Once you sign up at the front desk you will be given further instructions on how to activate it.
